What kind of fish can live without a heater in a 25 gallon tank?

I want to get some fish and I have one betta in a 25 gallon tank! is there some kind of fish that can live with my betta without a heater?

    Goldfish, however they are going to add a lot of ammonia to your water, so frequent water changes are a must. You could also try some guppies or zebra danios because they seem to do well in room temperature water. Plecos and weather loaches will do okay too. If you get a heater, you have a lot more choices. Bettas are only aggressive to their own kind, and actually make an okay community fish. You just have to watch some fish with long dangly fins, sometimes they will nip at them.

    betta fish are tropical fish, and do better in regulated temp with a heater in the tank

    it will also open up your options on what to add

    otherwise, the above comment is what you need, cept i wouldnt keep goldfish with a betta
