Which Tankless water heater do you think is best and why, Takagi T-K3OS or Nortiz 0751?

I haven’t heard of either of these brands, but I have a lot of experience with Poloma tankless water heaters ; they are very reliable and the only problem I’ve ever come across is the diaphram will crak and leak thus not letting the heater turn on.
